™ Affiliate Program. This is a unique opportunity
to earn money by placing links to The Blessing Project product
categories on your web site, e-mails and e-zines. As an
affiliate you will be given access to a range of banners,
buttons and text links that you simply cut and paste and
these links contain special codes so when a visitor to your
web presence clicks the link and then makes a purchase you
will earn 10% commission on that sale.
You can order our products for your OWN PERSONAL USE through
YOUR affiliate link! (This, in effect, gives you a 10% “discount”!)
There is no charge to become an affiliate and no inventory
costs. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you in
this way to assist you in reaching your goals while furthering

How to Enroll
|
| To begin the enrollment
process, you will complete an Affiliate Application online.
You will create your own Affiliate identifying number and
password. |

The Blessing Project™
welcomes both individuals and organizations and may include
schools, charities, nonprofit organizations and corporations.
Anyone may submit an application; however, we reserve the right
to terminate any affiliate relationship deemed unacceptable
based on our sole discretion as outlined in this agreement.
To sign up as an Affiliate you must be at least 18 (eighteen)
years of age. We may reject you as an Affiliate if we determine,
in our sole discretion, that your web site or any sites you
link to are unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include those that
have discriminatory themes, promote violence or illegal acts,
sexually explicit sites including pornography and use of explicit
language or from anyone with whom we prefer not to be associated.
We also reserve the right to reject anyone as an affiliate if,
in our opinion, that person or company violates established
laws or commonly held standards of decency.
As an affiliate, you can only have 1 account. You can list multiple
domains in one account, but only one account is allowed. Self-referrals
for affiliate or merchant accounts are strictly prohibited. |

You will follow the
instructions in the online signup to create a unique identifying
URL for you to link to. Each sale or referral that is generated
from this URL will be attributed to you. You will have access
to your own private section to check your stats in “real
time”. Your links to the unique URL can be text links
or banner links, or a combination of the two, at your sole discretion.
If you choose banner links, you must use our banners. We will
provide you with a URL of all of our banners, from which you
can freely choose. You may add as many links to TheBlessingProject.com,
or remove such links, at anytime and without prior approval
from us.
We have no responsibilities with regard to your web site. The
Blessing Project™ shall have no liability for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of
revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement
or the program. In addition, The Blessing Project’s aggregate
liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or
the program shall in no event exceed total referral fees paid
or payable to the affiliate under this agreement. |

We will be solely
responsible for processing every order for our products. Customers
will use our secure online ordering process. Order forms, payment
processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and related customer
service are our responsibility.
All of our rules, operating procedures and policies regarding
customer orders and accounts will apply to orders we receive
through special links on your site.
Every customer who buys a product through this program is deemed
to be a customer of ours. You do not have the authority to make
or accept any offer on our behalf. All our policies regarding
customer orders, including product availability, pricing and
problem resolution, will apply to these customers. We are not
responsible for any representations made by you which contradict
our policies. |
Commission Determination and Payment
|
| Commissions will be
paid at the rate of 10% based on the sale amount (less shipping
& handling & taxes) of each valid purchase made by visitors
referred from you through the provided affiliate banners, buttons
or text links. All sales must be verified valid by TheBlessingProject.com
and commissions are not earned on orders that must be canceled
for any reason including but not limited to fraud, denied credit
cards, unavailable items, per customer request, etc. Once a
referral is made, commissions are earned on all valid purchases
made by that customer within the specified subsequent period. |

Every month TheBlessingProject™
pays earned commissions direct to you provided the balance is
greater than $50; otherwise the balance rolls over to the next
month until it exceeds $50.
Payment will be made in the form of a bank check from The Blessing
Project, paid in US dollars. Checks will be mailed within ten
days of the first of the month for the prior month’s sales.
For example, commissions for sales made during May will be sent
out on or before the 10th of June.
Payment will be made out to you and mailed, via U.S. postal
mail, to the address you provide in the online application.
Any refunds to a customer, referred through your affiliate link,
will be deducted from your credited commissions. Charge backs,
if any, will be deducted from your credited commissions . |
How You May Monitor Sales and Earned
Commissions
|
We will be solely
responsible for tracking sales we make to customers who follow
links from your website. We use Red Rover.
Statements of your sales activity will be available to you in
“real time” with a special URL that we assign to
you. It is accessible 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
Only two entities may access your stats and affiliate information—you
and The Blessing Project. |
| Terms
of the Agreement |
| The term of this agreement
will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate program application
and your placement of our banner or textual link on your site
and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or
we may terminate this agreement at any time, by giving the other
party written notice of termination. This will be in the form
of “email”. You can only earn referral fees on sales
occurring during the term. We will never withhold any payment
due. Payment of moneys owed you will be payable on the same
schedule as stated above for commission payment. Upon termination
of this agreement, the former Affiliate must remove all Affiliate
links and graphics from its web site, and refrain from publishing
same in any manner whatsoever. |
| Income
Tax Liability |
| You must understand
and agree that you are acting as an independent contractor and
as such will be responsible for your own Income Taxes and any
other tax liabilities that affect the sales of our products
in your state. By law, any commissions in excess of five-hundred
ninety-nine ($599) dollars must be reported by us on a Federal
Tax form. You will be sent this form and are required to sign
and return to us before any “further payment” to
you can or will be made. |
| Modification |
| We may modify any of
the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any
time and in our sole discretion, by posting a new agreement
on our site. Any modifications will also be notified, by email
to all participating affiliates. If any modification is unacceptable
to you, you may terminate this agreement. Your continued participation
in the program following notification of our new program will
constitute binding acceptance of the change. |
| Relationship
of Parties |
| You and We are independent
contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between the parties. You will have no authority
to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise,
that reasonable would contradict anything written here. |

Expressly Prohibited Content and Practices
|
| • Copy or
resemble the look and feel of TheBlessingProject.com web site.
• Use any means to create the impression that your web
site is our web site or any part of our web site including,
without limitation, framing of our web site in any manner
or URL manipulation.
• Use of TheBlessingProject.com in the display URL.
Affiliates must use their own web address in the display URL.
• Alteration of banners, buttons or text links provided
through TheBlessingProject.com or use of non-provided links.
• Violation of our Trademarks and/or copyright laws.
No images or other content may be copied from TheBlessingProject.com
web site without our prior written consent.
• Discriminatory themes, promotion of violence or illegal
acts, sexually explicit sites including pornography and use
of explicit language on your web site or any others that you
link to.
• Promoting The Blessing Project in a manner that is
unethical or inappropriate.
• Use of parasite software. TheBlessingProject.com does
not permit affiliates to promote using downloadable applications
or software that redirects traffic.
• Inappropriate advertisements including false or misleading
claims and links.
• Sending unsolicited spam email. Your service will
be terminated immediately and without warning should you use
our system as part of any bulk email campaign. You may also
be subject to fines and legal actions as a result of your
bulk email promotion.
Any Affiliate who, in our opinion, breaches the above will
have their Affiliate status cancelled immediately and any
and all outstanding commissions will be forfeited.
This concludes the agreement. Thank you for taking the time
